How do I migrate to Teachify?

Here are the tasks you need to complete:

• Register your Teachify account (free registration)
• Upload your original course website content to your Teachify academy
• Export your student list from the original system and import it into Teachify courses
• Send account migration notification emails to your students, guiding them through the transition to the new academy

How long does website migration take?

It depends on your existing content and number of members. If you only have one course and a few thousand members, it might only take a few hours to complete.

If you have rich content, many members, and various membership permission levels, it might take several days or even weeks.

Generally, we recommend setting aside one month for the process, moving step by step through assessment, planning, implementation, and verification.

I already have an existing member list. Can I import it?

Yes, we provide a batch import function for members. Once imported, members will immediately gain access to specific content. You can pre-assign permissions to members before importing them. Members will receive account notification emails and can enter the website to set their passwords, after which they can use the system on their own.
